Description
The STEELMAN 42136 1/2-Inch Drive 18mm 12-Point Single Socket is made from drop forged and heat treated chrome vanadium steel and features a ball detent recess on the 1/2-inch drive end to help it hold securely onto ratchets, adapters, and extensions. The 12-point design allows the socket to be used on 12, 6, and 4 point fasteners at a wide variety of angles. The socket has an attractive high polish chrome finish that provides increased rust and corrosion resistance that is easy to wipe clean when oily or dirty. Easy to read socket size callouts are hard stamped into the steel and won’t fade or rub away.
