The STEELMAN 99495 5-Piece 1/2-Inch Drive Impact Flip Socket Set designed to save you time by maximizing efficiency. This set includes a mix of metric and standard /SAE sockets in both regular and thin-walled designs. Each of the 4 flip sockets is double ended, allowing you to use each for two different sizes of lug nuts or fasteners without having to go back to the tool box in search of another socket. Made of durable and hardened chromoly steel which is then given a black oxide protective coating, these impact grade sockets are designed to meet or exceed 150% proof of torque under ASME tool performance testing standards. Fitting easily over the included 3-inch impact extension or onto an impact wrench’s extended anvil, these socket’s recessed edges provide the most accurate fit possible, with the 6-point design gripping fasteners by the sides and not the edges which results in reduced slippage and rounding/fastener damage. Each piece in the set has laser-etched size callouts for easy identification. Sizes included in the set are 17mm x 19mm and 7/8-inch x 15/16-inch regular wall thickness sockets and 19mm x 21mm and 3/4-inch x 13/16-inch thin-walled sockets. A red powder-coated metal storage box is included for easy storage and organization.
