Check automatic transmission fluid levels quickly and easily with the STEELMAN 60936 Automatic Transmission Fluid Inspection Dipstick. This handy tool features a length of braided metal wire cabling fixed to a flat metal tip with blunted ends. This metal tip has easy to read markings to accurately indicate transmission fluid levels from as low as 15mm up to 125mm with 5mm increments between marks. When used properly the dipstick can be scanned after removal from the transmission with a scan tool to give temperature readings to show if the transmission is running hot or within normal levels. A convenient reference guide is included that shows both temperature and fluid level ranges according to manufacturer’s recommendations. Compatible with a range of Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicle models.
