The Role

 

 

As a Part-Time Equipment Sales & Rentals Representative, you’ll manage and close both company-generated and self-generated leads, plus handle quotes for the sales and rental process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with leadership and play an important role in developing our customer base.

 

Approved travel may be required for meetings, demonstrations, customer visits, and other job-related reasons.

Key Responsibilities

 

 

Close sales and rental agreements from company-provided and personal leads

Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships

Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on inquiries

Log all activities in the company CRM

Meet or exceed sales and rental performance goals

Use Mac OS or PC daily for CRM, email, and documentation

Maintain professionalism and represent Equipment Leader with integrity

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

Must be a current Florida resident

Minimum of 3 years or more in sales and/or rentals (equipment, industrial, farm or related fields preferred)

Knowledge of sales various types of equipment, industrial, farm or related fields

Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline

Experience working with both company-generated and self-generated leads

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Proficiency with Mac OS or PC productivity tools (CRM, spreadsheets, documents)

Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

Valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record and must maintain auto insurance in good standing.

CDL preferred but not required.
